Kemi Badenoch took a swipe at Sir Keir Starmer over the leadership threat from Andy Burnham at PMQs today. The Tory leader grilled the Prime Minister on defence spending during the Commons clash as he failed to rule out tax rises to pay for an increase.
She said: “We’ve heard him say this about 100 times. There is still no defence investment plan. He is the Prime Minister now, at least I think he is… Should I be calling Andy Burnham instead to ask these questions?”
